Add detailed imagery of the front, back, interior, logo stamp, serial/date code or microchip area, hardware, stitching, zippers, corners, and proof of purchase if available.
Choose service tier
Select Essential Authentication, Veritable COA, or Priority Review according to your resale, collection, or boutique intake needs.
Complete payment
Stripe Checkout records the payment and moves the submission into the review queue.
Review and result
The authentication team evaluates the evidence and records a determination: Authentic, Not Authentic, or Inconclusive.
COA issued when eligible
Authentic results on COA tiers receive a certificate ID, QR code, downloadable PDF, and public verification page.
Verify publicly
Anyone can enter the certificate ID or scan the QR code to confirm the public status and view the administrator-selected COA photos and authentication notes without exposing private customer information.

The public verification page shows certificate status, certificate ID, item brand, item model, result, date issued, the live verification QR code, and only the COA photos and authentication notes selected by an administrator. Private customer details and all other submission images stay inside the secure dashboard.
